Guantanamo Solutions: One Stop Shopping

— Posted under Blog, Law, Terrorism on October 22, 2008

The Northwestern Colloquy’s done it again, that is they’ve fabulously operated in an open source open access style to make life easier for researchers.  They’ve compiled in one place all of the Colloquy posts responding to my essay Beyond Guantanamo: Obstacles and Options as well as all of the other essays posted by other scholars thus far this year.

The link to the compilation, featuring my essay, and the responses of Ben Davis, Morris Davis, Steve Vladeck and Amos Guiora is here.
