Regent University National Security Symposium
In another bit of gratuitous self-promotion (with promises of more substantive posts when the semester settles down) I’m pleased to share the fact that I will be presenting this Saturday at the Regent University Law Review 2008 National Security Symposium.
The distinguished group of participants includes former Attorney General John Ashcroft, former Assistant Attorney General and Georgetown law professor Viet D. Dinh, retired Admiral Vern Clark, among others.
I will be presenting on the legislation panel and will discuss the provisions of the 2005 Patriot Act reauthorization which created the Department of Justice National Security Division.
